2024-25 Back-to-School Online Enrollment Verification is NOW OPEN
Cloquet Public Schools Annual Back-to-School Registration is NOW OPEN for the 24-25 school year.
Please login to parent portal and complete the required paperwork for your household.
We welcome and encourage you to register your student(s) as soon as possible by completing the following steps:
1. Complete Online Registration- Only ONE parent or guardian will need to login to parent portal to complete this process. You may also complete your online registration at one of our Kiosks located at the Central Admin office (302 14 th St) or at your student(s) upcoming Open House on August 29th from 11am - 7pm. If you have a split household, the parent with the PRIMARY address will be given access to complete the registration.
2. Submit Health Information- If your student is entering Kindergarten, 7th grade or 12th grade, you must show proof of immunizations if you haven't done so already. There will be a section to upload all documents during the Online Registration process. It is a Requirement of Minnesota State Law to have all immunizations up to date prior to the first day of school. Any student with a medical condition requiring special accommodations, please submit a health care plan and/ or contact your child's school health office.
3. Application for Educational Benefits- With this application, your student may qualify for benefits such as reduced fees at school. This could also help the district receive additional revenue to support programming as well as help the district qualify for additional educational funds, discounts, and other meal programs. (Please return the mailed application OR complete this step during the Online Registration process.)
4. Pay Technology Insurance Fee- During the registration process you will be asked if you would like to opt in/out for Technology Insurance for students in grades 9-12th.If you answer YES, please pay your Technology Insurance Fee through the parent portal once the charge has been assessed to your account.
